The condo has SECURITY

The space:

• Welcome to our condo in the Hotel Zone of Cancun! The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, perfect for families or groups of friends. There are 3 TVs. The fourth room is a small service room.
• We have PARKING space for 1 large vehicle or 2 small ones.
• To make you feel at home, we will provide some basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hair dryer, and toilet paper. If you need more, there is a supermarket nearby.
• For each registered guest, we will leave a towel. Bed sheets are included. • Traveling with a baby? We have a portable crib and high chair, just request them in advance, subject to availability.
• Need something to eat? There is a supermarket nearby (Chedraui Av. Tulum)
• Don't miss the amenities! Pool, palapa with terrace. Some of them may have time restrictions.
• The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (50 mb/s)
• We also offer board games, as long as they are requested in advance.
• There is 1 iron for clothes.
• Access will only be allowed to the number of guests who have booked, please make sure to select the correct number when making the reservation.
• Check-in: open schedule after 3:00 pm. Check-out: Open schedule before 11:00 am If you need an early check-in or late check-out, there is an additional cost of 80% of the previous or following night, this is subject to availability, please check in advance with your host.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the house due to a contract we signed with the owner.
•The price to be paid will be the one that appears on Airbnb when you make your reservation. When making the reservation, you can download a receipt, but we do not issue invoices. Guest access The condo has a Pool, palapa with terrace, sun deck, parking.

Other things to note

• Please notify the host of an approximate arrival time.
• We provide some complimentary toiletry and cleaning items. Keep in mind that Airbnb is a platform for renting tourist apartments, not a hotel. If you need more items, you can buy them at the "Chedraui Av. Tulum" store a few blocks from here.
• Unfortunately, we cannot change the reservation dates with less than 20 days notice.
• Some common areas, such as the pool or palapa, may be closed on certain days due to maintenance or reservations by other neighbors, this does not depend on the host.
• The food shown in the images is only for reference and is not included in the price.
• We offer a cleaning fee for the day you vacate, but we do not provide daily cleaning service. If you want additional cleaning, you can request it for an additional cost of $900 pesos per day (subject to availability).
